Summary of reviews

Guests say
The overwhelming majority of guests reported negative experiences at this hotel. The most common complaints were about poor service, with many describing the staff as rude, unprofessional, or even threatening. Cleanliness was another major issue, with several reviews mentioning filthy rooms, dirty linens, and unpleasant odors. Many guests also felt deceived by hidden extra charges for cleaning, deposits, or other fees that were not disclosed at the time of booking, leading to a sense of poor value for the price paid. Only a few reviews mentioned any positive aspects, such as the location or helpful staff, but these were rare exceptions.
