My experience with Kayak was terrible. For the second time using Kayak, I was misled when I arrived at the car rental company’s counter. First, the car category in the company’s system was different from what I had purchased and had proof of. On top of that, the insurance wasn’t included. My Kayak reservation receipt didn’t mention anything about insurance. Unacceptable! In the end, I paid more than twice what I had originally agreed to. Truly disappointing!Reviewed 17 May 2025

Loved the process. I check in while I was waiting for my baggage. Then went right to the car and drive away. The car was EXACTLY the one I signed up for. That’s rare! Drove beautifully.
