Hertz told me that Kayak screwed up by giving me a reservation. When I got to Hertz, they told me they had absolutely no vehicles available to me. It was extremely frustrating to need to scramble to find a car at another company. Thank goodness I wasn’t trying to get to an airport for a flight. I will NEVER use Kayak again for anything.Reviewed 28 Oct 2024
