Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Henley and accessing local amenities. Many found the rooms to be spacious, stylish, and the beds very comfortable, contributing to an enjoyable stay. However, several guests experienced issues with noise, particularly due to the lack of air conditioning and the need to keep windows open, as well as early morning disturbances from the surrounding area. Service and communication, especially regarding check-in codes and support, were problematic for some, and a few noted maintenance issues in the rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially for location and room comfort.
