Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location by the river and proximity to town, as well as the friendly, helpful staff and the high quality of breakfast. Many appreciated the clean and well-kept facilities. However, some guests mentioned issues with bed comfort, lack of air conditioning, and occasional service lapses, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
