Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for trips to Hershey Park and nearby attractions. Many found the value for price appealing, with some noting easy check-in and friendly staff. Service received mixed feedback, ranging from friendly and accommodating staff to reports of rudeness and unavailability. Breakfast and amenities were generally described as basic or limited. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and price, but cleanliness and maintenance issues detract from the experience.
