Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Hershey Park and major highways. Many found the breakfast offerings to be above average, with some mentioning a robust selection and attentive staff. However, reviews were mixed on cleanliness and service, with several guests noting musty smells, dampness, and maintenance issues in rooms and public areas. The pool area received consistent negative feedback due to cleanliness and safety concerns. Overall, while the location and breakfast were highlights, improvements in cleanliness, service, and pool maintenance are needed.
