Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near transport, shopping, and attractions. Many appreciated the spacious rooms and some found the beds comfortable. However, reviews were mixed or neutral on service, cleanliness, and breakfast, with several guests noting outdated facilities, inconsistent housekeeping, and variable staff helpfulness. Breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options but was sometimes found lacking. Overall, the location and room size stood out as positives, while maintenance and service could be improved.

Very good
Guillermo, Sept 2019
Pros (+) You have a shopping mall and a subway station nearby (博物馆站). Also if you want to visit tourist places such as the Harbin Great Ice and Snow World or the Cathedral of Santa Sofia, there is a bus stop (bus No. 47 goes to those places). The room is very large and the hotel facilities are good. A great view of the city from our window (28th floor).
Cons (-) The decoration of the room and other details make it looks old.
