Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, stained linens, and even reports of bugs. Service was frequently described as rude or unhelpful, and some guests found the beds uncomfortable and the noise levels high. However, a few positive notes included the hotel's proximity to Disneyland and local stores, and some guests appreciated the value and occasional helpful staff. Overall, negative experiences far outweighed the positives, with cleanliness being the most common complaint.
