Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found the beds comfortable in several reviews. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with many guests mentioning dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and issues with pests. Service was mixed, with some positive mentions of friendly staff but also complaints about unhelpful or grumpy personnel. Overall, while the location and bed comfort were positives, significant cleanliness and maintenance issues detracted from the experience.
