Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative regarding cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and even the presence of pests. The elevator is frequently reported as broken or unsafe, and the pool is often closed or in poor condition. While some guests appreciated the location and the availability of breakfast, these positives are overshadowed by widespread complaints about maintenance, noise from nearby trains, and unfriendly staff. A few reviews mention that the breakfast and amenities are acceptable, but overall, the hotel is in need of significant updates and better upkeep.

The fridge hummed. We would have unplugged but we needed it. ...
