Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and proximity to the airport and city center. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing positively to guest experiences. However, many reviewers complain about high noise levels from external sources such as compressors, street traffic, and bins, which disrupt sleep. Cleanliness and breakfast receive mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting issues like mold, uninspiring food, or lack of freshness. Overall, the hotel is valued for its accessibility and service, but noise and occasional cleanliness or breakfast concerns detract from the experience.
