Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to public transportation, the city center, airport, and attractions like the zoo. Many reviews highlighted the helpful and friendly staff, with several guests noting positive experiences with room service and restaurant staff. Breakfast was frequently described as abundant and satisfying, though some guests desired more variety, especially for vegetarians. However, cleanliness was a concern for several guests, with reports ranging from musty rooms and outdated bathrooms to more serious issues like bedbugs. While the location and service were strong positives, cleanliness and room updates were areas for improvement.

Pros (+) The people we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated everyone's kindness and understanding on a mildly stressful travel day.

Cons (-) The late night room service menu was very limited, expensive, and we're not sure we got everything we ordered. We ordered 2 sandwiches and got what looked like 2 halves. They were supposed to come with crisps, but we didn't get those.
