Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for appointments, shopping, and dining. The staff received positive remarks for being friendly and helpful, with some guests highlighting exceptional service from individual employees. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous complaints about dirty rooms, lingering smells, and leftover items from previous guests. Safety and security issues, particularly related to parking lot thefts, were also frequently mentioned. Overall, while the location and staff stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and security are needed.
