Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and generally friendly, helpful staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, stained carpets, and maintenance problems. Several guests also reported negative experiences with the pool, including it being small, loud, or not working, and there were frequent complaints about the lack of promised amenities like a hot tub. While some found the rooms spacious or the property quiet, overall satisfaction was affected by poor upkeep and inconsistent service.
