Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s central location, making it convenient for city exploration and access to public transport. Many also enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as varied and delicious. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as unclean bathrooms and infrequent room cleaning. Service was another concern, with reports of slow or unhelpful staff, unresolved complaints, and problems with booking or refunds. Despite these negatives, the location and breakfast stood out as the hotel’s main strengths.
