Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated amenities like the pool and breakfast buffet. However, several guests expressed disappointment with the service, particularly the impersonal or self-service check-in process. While the breakfast and pool were highlights for many, some noted issues with cleanliness, room size, and value for money. Overall, the positives centered on location, comfort, and amenities, though service could be improved.
