Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, friendly and helpful staff, and high standards of cleanliness. Many appreciated the character of the historic building and the comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was generally well received, though a few guests wished for more variety. Some negative feedback focused on small room sizes, lack of elevators, and minor bathroom or noise issues, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a recommended choice for most visitors.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was very sweet, helpful and helped us out during our stay with taxi requests, questions we had and ice we needed. The hotel is in the perfect location, has historical value and is very comfortable.
