Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Breakfast was frequently highlighted as excellent, with a good variety and quality. However, several guests noted issues with room size, especially for single rooms, and there were repeated complaints about the lack of air conditioning and some amenities not working properly.
