I love that my reserved vehicle wasn't given away! I needed a 15 passenger van for a wedding and it was there! I also loved the pre-register email because it allowed me to give all of my information and credit card before arriving. All I had to do was present my driver's license and I was all set! Extremely easy process! In and out!

Tons of hidden fees and then they hide behind booking through a third party to avoid accountability. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had truly. Also I was straight up lied to by the agent and told I had paid in full only to find I out I owed another thousand dollars upon returning the vehicle. Truly devastating experience

Ling wait time to pick up a car. >60 mins. No seating in waiting area because it was overcrowded. I really wonder what the whole Presidents Circle experience is about. I’ve never experience it.

I returned my car and afterwards received an incident report via email showing bumper and license plate damage. The damage was so slight I didn’t notice it. Luckily I always take a video of rental cars before I drive off the lot. In the video it proves the damage was already present on the car upon pickup. It’s been a week and they haven’t responded. My husband and I rent cars about 6-7 times a year and usually we have no problems. This is the last time I rent from hertz.

I couldn’t even rent the car because they wanted to put on a hold on my credit card that was more than double the actual amount. I figured maybe a little higher, but I couldn’t rent the car and there was no way for me to cancel through Kayak or Hertz. Each told me the other had to cancel, so I have no idea if I’m getting charged or anything? This is why zipcar is better.

Car brought around after 45 mins waiting and it was full of garbage bags so had to wait a further 30mins Lady on desk very nice but really frustrated at guys dealing with cars. Also washing cars only last minute when customers are waiting is not good, we were an hour late to pick up vehicle and then it took 2 hours!! Disgraceful organisation

The car I reserved, full size SUV Ford Expidition waa not avaiable as promoted. I had 4 passengers with 8 pieces of luggage so I needed a full size SUV. Instead a Toyota Highlander was offered as a substitute or I would have to wait potentially several hours for the car I reserved. I didn' have , the time to wait. I ended up in an undersized very cramped car for a 14 hour drive from NY to Atlanta,, GA.

I was flying to Newark. My flight said Newark. Kayak and Expedia via Kayak booked me a car in New York. Worse, I was not able to modify it. I believe this the be an issue with Expedia and Kayak, but still. Thrifty needs to do a better job monitoring the websites that allow booking Thrifty cars.
