The staff was great. There was a problem with billing. Took a while after getting back to resolve it and issued a refund. Will let you know if the refund comes through. Everything else was great.Reviewed 24 Aug 2026

Poor. They charged me for an extra day despite returning the car under grace period. Falsified return time stamp to show I was more than an hour late for return.Reviewed 13 Sept 2024

Vincent, the rental agent at Nova Scotia's Stanfield Airport, stayed open to accomodate flights arriving late due to weather related delays. Although it was 2:00am, Vincent was friendly, cheerful, and professionally expedited everyone's rental. Vincent made many weary travelers leave with smiles on their faces. Thank you Vincent!Reviewed 11 Aug 2024
