Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff as well as its convenient location, especially for events and access to transportation. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for many, with reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Some guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, and there were complaints about small room sizes. Despite these issues, positive experiences with service and location stood out.

Drew, Nov 2024
We chose this for location on many subway lines, and easy access to both other parts of Brooklyn and to Manhattan, and it did not disappoint (we were also able to walk to things around the hotel). Also, the room we had (which happened to be accessible) was large by NYC standards and had a bathtub. I appreciated a bedside clock I could see from bed. There was no closet or place to hang things (mayb...

Good experience, I guess it includes a free breakfast but apparently there’s a $25/day fee that’s not included in the booking that you need to pay at the hotel. When asked about it, they said it was in the order confirmation. You only see it after you click on the link of the receipt “manage confirmation.” I felt like this was a little sneaky when it should have been included into the price. Other...

The location is good, the rooms are small, but clean and nice. The staff was nice. There really isnt a hotel bar / restaurant - it's more of a grab and go situation, but it's enough if you REALLY need something. The best part of this hotel is the fitness aspect. It has a great downstairs gym with pelotons, nice treadmills, and plenty of space. There are also water fill stations throughout the hote...

Great location near many subway stops. My "wellness" room came equipped with yoga mat, yoga block, and a resistance band and a workout guide. There isn't a ton of room to do said workouts. Clean room. Not the biggest hotel room but most NYC hotels are like that. My only complaint is that the blanket was a little thin and I was cold at night. Adjusted the temp in the room to solve the problem. The ...

Having a comfortable chair and small table in the room instead of the workout mini gym would have been better. The hallways and elevators not clean But everything else was ok

Small custom sized bed. Not tall enough for 5'10". Very small room. AC fan rattled all night and staff couldn't handle the situation or change the room as it was booked out. Lots of space taken up by their wellness ball and stuff. Pictures on site show a larger room than actually in hotel. Good mattress. Good shower and restroom.

My room had a smell and the remote for the lights wasn’t working and the curtain was broken and when I complained the mechanic for the day was off work so I was stuck in a room that smelled, with a broken curtain. Y they claimed to move me to another room but they never got on that. Had to check out earlier since it wasn’t bearable
