Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to major attractions like the Barclays Center and public transportation. However, many reviews highlight significant drawbacks, including very small rooms, cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and high noise levels from thin walls and disruptive guests. While some guests appreciated the helpful staff and updated bathrooms, the negatives regarding room comfort, cleanliness, and noise were frequently mentioned and detracted from the overall experience.

No shower curtain. Toilet makes constant noise. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. Space is so small that I was barely able to walk around the bed. Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on.
