Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the recent renovations in some rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of staff presence, automated check-in, and inconsistent service. Noise from the street and nearby bars was a common issue, and several guests noted small room sizes and limited storage. Cleanliness and amenities varied, with some positive remarks about renovated rooms but also reports of unfinished work and missing essentials.
