Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing, dining, and access to public transport. Many found the staff to be helpful and friendly, contributing positively to their stay. However, several reviews raised concerns about cleanliness, with specific mentions of hygiene issues and mold. The comfort of the beds received mixed feedback, and some guests were disappointed by the lack of amenities such as fridges and kettles. Overall, while the location and service stood out as highlights, improvements in cleanliness and amenities would enhance the guest experience.
