Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and access to public transport, as well as some positive experiences with staff friendliness and breakfast variety. However, there were frequent complaints about small room sizes, inconsistent cleanliness, and issues with service quality. The breakfast was seen as adequate but not outstanding, and some guests noted noise and maintenance issues.
