Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transportation. The staff is frequently described as friendly and accommodating, and several reviewers highlight the breakfast as a positive aspect of their stay. Comfortable beds are also mentioned in multiple reviews. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests noting issues such as worn carpets, lack of freshness, and in one case, bedbugs. Some rooms and facilities are described as dated or in need of renovation, but ongoing updates are noted. Overall, the positives of location, service, and breakfast stand out, though improvements in cleanliness are needed.
