Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, helpful staff, spacious rooms, and the rooftop pool. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning stained linens, pests, and a lack of proper maintenance. While the value for price and amenities like laundry are appreciated, some guests were disappointed by the absence of breakfast and occasional service lapses. Overall, the hotel is considered a good value, especially for its central location and friendly service, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
