Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed, with many highlighting the convenient location and some appreciating the spacious, clean rooms and decent value for money. However, a significant number of guests report serious cleanliness issues, including cockroach infestations, dirty bathrooms, and poorly maintained facilities. Negative experiences also include misleading photos, broken amenities, and problems with the pool and breakfast arrangements. While some guests found the service acceptable or friendly, others encountered unhelpful staff and management. Overall, the positives are the location and occasional room comfort, but cleanliness and maintenance are recurring concerns.
