Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location along the Rhine, highlighting the beautiful views and convenience for sightseeing and cycling. The breakfast was frequently described as good or very good, with several guests appreciating fresh options and pleasant dining areas. Service and staff friendliness received many positive mentions, with guests feeling welcomed and well cared for. Some negative feedback concerned room decor being dated, issues with safety (notably fire safety), and occasional dissatisfaction with room comfort or value for price. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for location, breakfast, and service.
