Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location by the Rhine and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many reviews highlight the beautiful views and convenient parking. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests noting dust, old furnishings, and lack of attention to detail in rooms and common areas. The pool is frequently described as small and sometimes unclean. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff being friendly and helpful, while others are seen as inattentive or unwelcoming. Overall, the hotel is considered to be aging and in need of renovation, but the location and breakfast remain strong positives.
