Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location and the pool areas, highlighting their convenience and comfort, especially for families. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, worn linens, pests, and poor maintenance. Service is frequently described as unhelpful or indifferent, and amenities such as air conditioning, elevators, and TVs are often reported as non-functional. While some guests find value in the price and appreciate the pools, the overall experience is marred by issues with cleanliness, service, and basic facilities.
