Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent and central location, with many appreciating the convenience to nearby attractions and amenities. Positive comments are also made about the friendly and attentive staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, poor maintenance, issues with the pool, and outdated facilities. Some guests mention problems with air conditioning, lack of hot water, and old towels. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are highlights, the hotel would benefit from significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities.
