Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy nearby attractions. However, many reviews mention significant noise issues, especially from outside and the surrounding area, which disrupt sleep and comfort. Service is often described as impersonal or lacking, with complaints about absent or inattentive staff and a digital check-in process that some found confusing or unwelcoming. Cleanliness is also a concern for several guests, with reports of musty smells, visible mold, and general lack of hygiene in some rooms. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, noise, service, and cleanliness issues detract from the experience.
