Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many reviews highlight the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. However, several guests report significant issues with the service, particularly the lack of staff presence, difficulties with check-in codes, and poor responsiveness to inquiries. Breakfast arrangements are also a common source of dissatisfaction, with complaints about availability and unclear booking procedures. Overall, while the location and room quality are strong positives, service and breakfast options need improvement.
