Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and helpful service, with many highlighting the welcoming and attentive staff, especially the owner. The breakfast is frequently described as delicious, varied, and plentiful, though a few mention it could be more diverse. Cleanliness is consistently noted, with rooms and common areas kept spotless and well-maintained. The location is another strong point, being close to the center, ski lifts, and public transport, yet still quiet and peaceful. Some minor drawbacks include limited Wi-Fi in rooms, lack of an on-site restaurant for dinner, and small wellness areas, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
