Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, who are often described as the highlight of their stay. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and outdated facilities, as well as disappointment with the breakfast quality and variety. While some guests found the location convenient and the rooms comfortable, recurring complaints about maintenance, noise, and amenities detracted from the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the positive attitude and professionalism of the staff left a lasting impression on many visitors.
