Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, despite the building's age. The hot springs and baths received high marks for their quality and relaxing atmosphere. While many enjoyed the meals, some felt the food could be improved or better matched to the price. Amenities such as the pool and tennis court were sometimes unavailable, which disappointed a few guests. Overall, the positive service, cleanliness, and onsen experience stood out most.
