Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional service, attentive and friendly staff, and the authentic Japanese experience provided. The meals, especially breakfast and dinner, were frequently highlighted as delicious, plentiful, and beautifully presented. Many appreciated the tranquil, natural atmosphere and the unique amenities such as various onsen baths and traditional architecture. Spacious rooms and thoughtful touches added to the comfort. Some minor drawbacks included occasional noise, insects due to the natural setting, and some accessibility issues, but these did not significantly detract from the overall highly positive experience.
