Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's scenic, secluded location and serene atmosphere, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. However, many reviews highlighted serious issues with cleanliness, poor maintenance, and disappointing service, including unresponsive staff and housekeeping. The pool was frequently described as small and poorly maintained. While some guests enjoyed the breakfast and authentic food options, others found the food mediocre or overpriced. Overall, the natural surroundings and ambience were the main positives, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
