Overall, guest experiences at the hotel were mixed. Many guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient for travel and stopovers, and several guests found the breakfast to be enjoyable, especially in the adjacent restaurant. However, there were also complaints about issues such as reservation problems, room cleanliness inconsistencies, uncomfortable beds, and maintenance issues in some rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was generally considered good value for the price, with several guests noting it was suitable for short stays or as a stopover.
