Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's helpful and friendly staff, convenient location, and overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and efficient service, with some highlighting quick responses to requests and smooth check-in experiences. However, several guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the services provided, and there were repeated complaints about outdated or poorly maintained amenities, such as noisy air conditioning, old furniture, and issues with the pool and gym. Cleanliness was generally viewed positively, though a few noted areas needing improvement. Overall, the positive service and location stood out, but value and amenities could be enhanced.
