Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for access to the Snow Monkey Park and the surrounding onsen town. The service is frequently described as friendly and accommodating, with staff often going out of their way to help. Many reviewers highlight the authentic Japanese experience and the quality of the onsen amenities, including both public and private baths. However, some guests express concerns about cleanliness in certain areas and mention issues with heating and room comfort, particularly in winter. Overall, the positive atmosphere, traditional charm, and unique amenities make for a memorable stay, though improvements in cleanliness and comfort would enhance the experience.
