Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's exceptional service, with staff frequently described as friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The beautiful, remote location and stunning views are also highlighted as major positives. Many guests enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner, noting the quality and presentation of the food. However, several reviews mention that the hotel's amenities and infrastructure are dated, and some guests felt the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, the unique experience, hospitality, and atmosphere left a strong positive impression despite some criticisms of the facilities.
