Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful service, the quality and variety of breakfast, and especially the onsen baths, which were a highlight of many stays. The location was also appreciated for its convenience to local attractions. Some reviews noted that the hotel and its facilities are a bit dated, and a few mentioned issues with cleanliness and room amenities. However, the positive experiences with staff and the relaxing onsen outweighed most negatives, making for an enjoyable stay overall.
