Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests are especially impressed with the hotel's attentive and friendly service, often mentioning staff by name and highlighting thoughtful gestures like birthday surprises and helpful sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast receives frequent compliments for its variety and quality, though a few guests note it could be improved. Cleanliness is another strong point, with rooms described as spotless and well-maintained. The location is seen as convenient for conferences but less ideal for sightseeing, and some mention construction noise or distance from attractions. Overall, the positives, especially service and breakfast, outweigh the negatives.
