Summary of reviews
Guests say
The majority of guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting issues such as bugs, dirty rooms, and poor maintenance. However, several guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, and a few found the hotel to be a good value for the price, especially considering its budget status. Some guests also noted that the location was convenient. Overall, while the service and value received some positive remarks, the overwhelmingly negative feedback about cleanliness dominated the reviews.

Pros (+) Location, five minutes away from Legoland. Next to IHOP.
Cons (-) I would recommend you spend a little more for a better hotel. Very outdated, our bathroom window did not close. Wifi did not work. Nightstand was very dirty. Bedsheets and comforter were stained. People always lurking around at all hours. Did not feel safe to leave our belongings there while we went out.
