Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with many noting positive experiences at check-in and throughout their stay. The location was frequently described as convenient, especially for downtown access, and several guests appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, noise from the street and other guests was a common complaint, as was the feeling of insecurity in the surrounding area for some. Despite these issues, the overall impression was positive, particularly regarding service and location.
