Guests frequently praised the hotel for its convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. Some guests found the rooms comfortable and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness, including reports of bugs, dirty bathrooms, and unpleasant odors.
