Summary of reviews

Guests say
The reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests appreciated the convenient location, with several mentioning that it was close to their destinations or downtown. Some guests also found the beds comfortable and the rooms clean. However, there were numerous complaints about poor service, including rude or unhelpful staff, long check-in times, and issues with housekeeping. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some rooms reported as clean and others as dirty or not properly prepared. Parking was another common issue, with guests unhappy about having to pay for parking or the inconvenience of the garage elevator not working. Overall, while the location and some aspects of comfort were praised, service and maintenance need improvement.
